    • Cheryl was an original NHSA member. 1st NHSA National Women’s Singles Net Champion in 1982. Twenty three years later Cheryl works for GI Joe’s in Portland Oregon. With her Footbag Hall of Fame husband Scott “Mag” Hughes she shares the longest running Footbag marriage in Footbag history. (Going on 21 years)

Date of Birth: August 4, 1957

Career Highlights: Original NHSA Member, one of first retailers for the Hacky Sack footbags in 1977 and a distributor of Hacky Sack footbags in the state of Colorado in 1981. Sales/Promotion Director for Pastime Sports (a.k.a. Hacky Sack manufacturer) from 1981 to 1983. Co-created World Footbag Association and rules committee for footbag in 1983 which are still in operation today. Performed over 7,000 professional shows in 9 countries. Hosted and directed 10 consecutive World Footbag Championships (1983 through 1993). Longest consecutive streak of attending World Championships (1981 to present). Performed and/or played footbag with John Elway, Tony Hawk, Bruce Jenner, Richard Simmons, Alvin Lee, Kevin Costner, Jack La Lanne and Bob Uker.

Competitive Highlights: ’82 World Team Freestyle Champion, ’83 World Mixed Doubles Net Champion, ’85 World Team Freestyle Champion, ’85 World Doubles One Pass Consecutive Champion, ’90 World Golf Champion, ’90 World Doubles Distance One Pass Consecutive Champion, ’92 World Doubles Distance One Pass Consecutive Champion, ’97 World Doubles Distance One Pass Consecutive Champion.

    • Jim started playing footbag in 1977, in 1982 founded Free F.L.O.E. club, the longest active footbag club in the world. 1983 co-founded the world’s leading manufacture and designer of the sport’s footbags: Flying Clipper. 1984 WFA World Team Freestyle Champion. Major sponsor of the game and sport’s development.

    • Mike started playing footbag in 1979, was a NHSA tour Team member. 1981 Team Freestyle Champion at Mike Marshall Memorial , the first major championship held for the sport. 1981 co-founded The Beaver Open to promote the game’s spirit of friendship.
