The record attempt will take place between 5:00 and 6:30. The attempt
WILL TAKE PLACE 7-7-01 IF 7-6-01 IS RAINED OUT. Cornerstone is a
festival that drew over 25,000 people last year. 300 Christian bands
(rap, ska, hard core, punk, rock, dance, etc) perform on 10 stages from
July 3 to July 7. There are many activities including children's programs
and a skateboard park. You may camp, bring food, or purchase food at
the festival. DO NOT bring drugs or alcohol! Being part of this huge event
is great for the sport of footbag. Please do not shed a negative light on
our sport by bringing drugs or alcohol. Also, DO NOT bring merchandise
to sell. Pets are not allowed. Swimsuits need to be modest. The record
attempt will take place in front of the main stage. Anyone (ALL AGES, NO
SKILL REQUIRED) at the festival may be a part of this record attempt at
no cost. For information on ticket costs and ticket ordering (it is less
expensive to order early than pay at the gate), specific location and
directions, festival schedule, or any other information about the festival
itself, their web site is www.cornerstonefestival.com. You can also e-mail
questions to info@cornerstonefestival.com. Hope to see you there.
