The International Footbag Committee within IFPA publishes the official rule book for the sport of footbag, called (appropriately), the Official Rules of Footbag Sports. The online edition is continually being translated into more and more languages. (If you are interested in providing volunteer translation services, please e-mail the webmaster.)
One of IFPA's major goals is to foster footbag competition around the world, and the official rule book is at the root of event sanctioning and dissemination of information.
You can view the official rules online at http://www.footbag.org/rules.
