This year the Montreal Championships will be held on the same site as last
year's World Championships.
Saturday net preliminaries will be at "La Plaine des Jeux", a big park
on Ste-Helene island near downtown, and finals sunday afternoon at La Ronde
(amusement park).
The first round of freestyle will be held inside a circus tent at La Ronde on
saturday evening. On finals day, net and freestyle will take place on the same
turf (synthetic surface over pavement), which means freestyle will be in open air.
It will be much easier to draw the crowd that way. If the weather cooperates, the
place will be packed.
