The 6# Swiss Footbag Open was terrific, a sunny WE with a
lot of action and a good atmosphere among the footbag
family! After a peaceful friday with only single net
qualifications we spent a great evening with dinner at
Renato's place before going out to electrosanne, an
electronic music festival in town! On saturday the doubles
net qualifications were played before freestyle action did
take place with an amazing DROPLESS routine from Jakob!
Circle qualification was following routines one, leading to
the selection of 4 players for final: Paul, Karim, Jakob and
Yves, 3 Foostars and 1 Pieds-ā-Gilles! Freestyle finals
(Routines + Circle) took place in the bunker-style espace 44
in between Yo-yo and contact juggling shows by Dominik and
Vlad respectivly on the Funky dancefloor of DJ Swoop and DJ
Renato Renato!! A Crazy Night! The WE ended sunday with golf
competition and incredible single and double Net finals! Les
Pieds ā Gilles were really happy to organize this event
and hope that next time more players will come !!
