Hi Illinois area footbag players!
Remember, this weekend is the footbag net event at Maryville Academy. We are going to be there from 11am to as late as 6pm on both days. We will have a freestyle area adjacent to the net event, along with 4-square and some music... and we are part of the larger "Spike for Kids" Volleyball Charity event which means there will be tons of athletes around who may be interested in footbag, so it is an opportunity to expose the sport to athletes from another net-related sport.

Yes, we will be setting up some nets alongside the big Volleyball event that takes place annually,
"Spike for Kids."
We'll have a blast playing net and jamming with the freestyle footbags all weekend. This is mostly a
fun event, and we're turning all funds raised over to the Spike for Kids organizer to help raise money
to keep the Maryville Academy running it's excellent youth programs.
Since Midwest Regionals (23rd Annual) is running earlier in the month at Taste of Chicago, and only
has room for freestyle, this is the "net" portion of the midwest regionals event. I decided to remove
the regionals moniker from the description to avoid confusion.
Free parking at Maryville Academy.
