This event is happening in conjunction with the annual Super Saturday
Festival
which happens on the campus of the Evergreen State
College. Super Saturday attracts fifteen to twenty-five thousand
participants and will have food, live music, arts and crafts booths, and is
showcasing footbag and juggling. The school is providing me with a
chillin floor "stage" that rests on the ground in addition to a
booth for Freedom Footbag merchandise, my own hand made footbags,
as well as poi, juggling, and other cool things to get your hands
or feet on.
Event Details:
Directions: From I-5 going south or north exit on the 101 north(exit 104)in Olympia
and go to the third exit which says The Evergreen State College. Once
there just stay
on the road till the school is on your left. Parking will
be nasty and they are doing
some horrible road construction so I would
recommend you to carpool or take the
bus.
There should be abundant floor space for crashing out on and the
school
will be empty the next day if you footbag warriors want another
day of shredding(hung over), but I leave for Greece the next day and
might not be around.
