French Open report : just a supa-dope footbag comp!

With a nice gym for the day (5 net courts + a shred area) and a cool party-spot 
for the night (a brewery-pub -concert place)?

With Very Special Guests coming from the high spheres of footbag, from Germany 
and from the Czech Republic : Andy, Flo, Henning & Hannes (Frankfurt) for NET; 
Vasek, Ales, Dex & Skaut (Prague) for FREESTYLE.

It was a blast! Too bad more people didn?t travel down to Lyon? We had 40 
competitors, from France, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic + 4 
kickers-spectators from Belgium !!

The SHREDI BATTLE was excellent; definitely a format to look at for the future 
of footbag freestyle ! The 4 Dictators faced a ?Footbag.ch? team, who resisted 
bravely, but the competition was just too harsh?
After the battle, Jan Z proposed that VSK would face the Rest Of The World 
(represented by all the other shredders from both the CZ and the CH crews) : 
Vasek started shredding with one of them, who dropped, was replaced by another 
one, and so on? Guess who was last on stage?
Unanim Works showed a 15 min teaser of their ?SICK 03? video. It?s coming soon 
and will feature their best footage of 2003? if you enjoyed Buda?s Best, watch 
out for this one!
All this while the Sorcerer Corporation DJs played sweet break-beat & funky-
groovy-drum?n?bass?and Les Footbaguignols served delicious local-brewed beer? 
just right.
