===================================================
From Seattle: I-90 East approximately 400 miles to 93 North approximately 90
miles(93 is just before Missoula), 35 North at Polson approximatley 35 miles,
right at second flashing yellow (I will post sign), 100 yards on right just
before one lane bridge over river. If coming from elsewhere look at map or
call me if you can't read maps. Bring your tent for camping. Site is 45
minutes from Glacier Nat'l Park and 1 minute from Flathead Lake (the largest
natural freshwater lake in the country after the Great Lakes). Sept. highs
average 80 degrees, but can be as high as the high 90's or as low as the low
40's. Come prepared. Their will be plenty of camping within 1 mile of the
site with fresh water and bathrooms. If you need hotel info just let me know.
There are plenty of rooms within 10 minutes of site. Glacier Int'l Airport is
30 minutes from site and it has direct flights from Seattle and other cities.
The flight from Seattle is 70 minutes and the drive is 10 hours. A good
option is to fly 50 minutes to Spokane for $50 round trip, get a rental and
drive 4 hours to site. Most of$10 entry fee goes to Saturday party at Village
Well. Please let me know if you can bring nets. We will definately need three
more of them.
