The NYFA has been shredding it up for about 15 years now, and we're still going strong. We welcome all levels of proficiency, including "little or none". We have road trips to tournaments...and even have been having our own tournament right here in NYC, the NYFA Freestyle Symposium. If you're into "hacky sack", and are ready to push the envelope, join us to explore a new frontier in foot-eye coordination!

Kicking Times and Locations

Spring/Summer/Fall Schedule:


We play in Washington Square Park, usually on Saturday afternoons.  There are occasional 
sessions during the week, and on Sundays...join our yahoogroup (see below) to get in the 
circle (or "loop", if you must).

Winter Schedule:

We rent a dance studio at 104 West 14th Street, on the 3rd floor (ring buzzer #3).  It's 
on the south side of West 14th street, look for an awning that says "White Tea Spa". 
Note:it's usually somewhere between 5-10 bucks/per person for a two hour session.  Our 
sessions are usually Saturday afternoons.
