Ciao ragazzi! The footbag scene in Italy is growing! You're invited
to join this years Salento Footbag Tour 08 schedualed for the 18-24 August in
Salento, Italy. Located on the bootheal of Italy, Salento, known as
the "Jamica Italy" is the most southern tip of Puglia. It's a lively
scene full of REGGAE MUSIC, PARTIES, FEASTS, AND HOPPING CAMP SIGHTS! We
are now adding FREESTYLE FOOTBAG to Salento's list of events! We will be
following the FREE Pizzica Music concerts including the mega concert of the
Notte Della Taranta at Melpignano Saturday the 23 of August.

Kicking Times and Locations
|
Salento Footbag Tour is schedualed for the 18-24 August in Salento Italy.
You can anticipate a chilled out vacation scene with plenty of non-
competitive freestyle footbag circles, laying out on the beach, partying and
feasting while listening to live music including Pizzica music, Reggae sound
systems, and other live shows. Pizzica Music is an immerging world music
sound inspired from the traditional music of Salento. We will be in Torre
del'Orso located near Otranto and Lecce. Participants should contact us
as soon as possible to give us time to organize transportation and
accomidations.
Often we kick in Piazza Tasso in Florence on Saturday afternoons around 2 or
3.To arrive catch the 12 bus from the central station (Santa Maria Novella)
towards Porta Romana. The bus drops you off at the piazza which has two
mini small soccer fields.
Parco Cigni is a new location next to Fortezza del Basso near the central
train station, Santa Maria Novella in Florence. Buses 14, 26, 32 as well as
many others go form the station to the location.
On rain days we kick at Florence Dance Academy in Piazza del Carmine,
walking distance from Piazza Tasso.
