I was a circle kicker for almost 15 years. Growing up in Massachusetts, in high school some kid told me he heard that there were "stall masters" who could go from stall to stall never kicking the bag, that was probably 10 years ago. I guess I just assumed it was that kid's pipe dream, that that really wasn't possible. We could do stuff like "jesters" and pendulums but had no idea of what was really possible.
I discovered footbag.org randomly in the spring of 2005. Where has this been all my life!??!?! Footbag (freestyle) has quickly grown into my favorite activity of all time. I love it, and I am always down to shred whenever and wherever I can, provided my shins are willing. The community is fantastic, and I make it out to tournaments whenever I can.
Nowadays I'm solid tiltless, slowly working towards guiltless. We've revived the Austin club, now it's time to grow it bigger and revive the whole Texas scene! I love to do demonstrations and teach, so if you need someone for a demo in the central TX area, please email me.
