25 Year Celebration!

While 1997 will mark the 18th annual World Footbag Championships, it's also the 25th Anniversary of the sport of footbag, which was created in Oregon in 1972 by Mike Marshall and John Stalberger. (For more information on the history of footbag, click here.)

This World Championships is a special celebration of this major milestone, since the main event in this sport is "coming home" to Oregon to mark the occasion!

Watch this space for any last-minute updates or other information, or check What's New on Footbag WorldWide.
