The German Footbag Association (GFA) is responsible for the oversight of the development of the Footbag sport especially within Germany. This includes the events "German Footbag Open" and "Deutsche Footbag Meisterschaft" as they move from city to city within Germany every year. It is the aim of the GFA to create a platform for German Footbag Clubs to discuss important issues of the Footbag sport in Germany.
