In honor of his years of competing at the World Championships, Kenny Shults (Portland, Oregon)
receives a commemorative plaque of the 1998 World Championships and the "Rasta Bag"
video, presented by AQAF president, Yves Archambault (Montreal).
This year was the first time Kenny didn't compete since he started attending Worlds
14 years ago.
