Similar to music, I believe a theory approach can be used to practice footbag.   Clipper Spatial Visiualization Diagram This is how I visualize clipper stalls. The orientation lines help me differentiate and fully mirror my flipside clipper to my strong side clipper. Notice the axes and how they are independant of the stances. This visualization helps with clipper sets and completing moves ending with clipper. This sort of spatial visiualization can also be applied to all other footbag moves. . Photo by Dat Phan.
