This add category accounts for the difficulty involved when you use any surface of the body aside from the toes, insides, outsides and knees. Moves that involves such surfaces can be kicks, stalls, rolls, bumps, etc.

Q: Why is a neck stall only one add? Shouldn't it be two?

A: The word "stall" here is a misnomer. In the ADD system, a "stall" (or "delay" add) only applies to moves done with feet or legs.
