The more panels, the rounder it is, and the more consistent the kick and the more predictability you have. Less panels is floppyer and is predictable, but not as, the premium number of panels, and i'm sure most would agree, is 32, and maybe 26 also. I like both. But, it is different depending on what you like, try out a few, then decide.

It's possible that you could, but i'm not sure going from 4 to 8 panels would make a very big difference, 12 panels might, and anything over 14 would definately improve it.

hmmm....so technically (again) if i can only get like 40 something with my sandbag (4 panel) but i go get an abshire (or any other 32 panel) than my consectutives would be better/higher? because i talk to guys and they say like their record is something like 100-200 something. and im just like Shocked you know? but probably most of them have 32 bags. huh...thats crazy. mabye im not that bad it just has to do with the bag.

I don't think panels make a huge difference.

I play about the same with a revolution or an abshire (4-32) but I try to use different bags so that I can perform well in any circle.

at the consecutives skill level the bag doesn't matter as much, the better you are the more you can see the differences in play of different bags and you can begin to make your own opinions about which bags are best, also i personally don't think it's worth it for a beginer to buy a handmade 32 due to the cost and it doesn't make that muich of a difference

Ok I just wanna say that I ddint mean get a carol, abshire etx for consecs. I just meant a bead bag is better to kick than a sandbag. Any cheap pannel bead bag will be good.

i have a 4 panel bag, and i really like playing with it.... ive only played with a 32 panel a couple of times and i don't really like it too much... i really like 14 or 16 panel bags... its a different feel. i suggest you try different bags and see which ones you're most comforatble playing with.... keep in mind that 32 panels usually need quite a bit of "breaking in" time... so don't judge it right away if its a new bag.

yea i use my flipsider promo bags for consectutives usually. its great because i sell them at school and i bought 10 of them for $20 and ended up getting 13 instead of 10 like i should have. so iv almost sold them all. i still have 3 yellow and 3 black (6 out of the orignal 13 bags) and i like them for a good kick. i say buy some if you need a decent cheap bag.
