Hi all, i started shredding since 2005 but i must stopped about 2007 because of work and other things, but now thanks to a sweety friend i m back  , training 3 or 4 times per week and getting all moves again  . I am a south american player, and next week gonna be a footbag travel to medellín ( a city from Colombia) for make a little meeting with other players and shred a lot .
