Ok, just made the transfer from the original hacky sack to a Sandmaster footbag. (I know its not the best but I looked at 7 different head shops before I could even find a footbag)

So really, what my main concerns are: 1) Who has the best tutorial for learning how to stall, learning clippers, amazing tricks, etc Razz

2) I cant afford the best foot ware specifically for footbag, but I do have a pair of etnies, a pair of converse slip on shoes, and an old crappy pair of kswis Razz Is there any way I can modify these for perfect (or decent) footbag playing?

Thats pretty much it, also any other helpful things to get me started is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for all your help guys!

Hey Joe! I'm not that amazing at footbag but i can help with your questions.

For tutorials, your really gonna have to practice. But a good place to start is by watching Anz Trickz (Ansii Sundberg) on youtube. He does a very good description and demonstration of almost every trick from beginner to advanced. He added new videos not to long ago, so check those out for tutorials.

Shoes are very important for footbag. You might want to save up for a good pair like Rod Lavers because they are crucial. I know there are people who don't use them, but they help. If you are very interested in the sport you will probably want good shoes, if not then any will do. I have no clue how good the ones you have now are because I've never worn them. Right now just get the basic kicks down because stalls will be a bit harder.

The bag is also important for freestyle. That sandmaster is a good beginner bag, but once you learn to stall I recommend getting something better. Like and Abshire 32 panel.

Hope that helps you at all!
