| I have recently gotten into footbag and I was just wondering how many kicks you guys could do with about 2 months of experience. I've been kicking for about two weeks and I haven't really been getting better. I'm using a Matt Cross 32 and vans bearcat shoes. Thanks |

learning the contacts is about 1-3 months (inside outside toe)
learning stalls is 3-9 months (Toe, inside, outside, clipper)
Perfecting the clipper stall is a never ending lesson
learning your first dex moves (pixie, mirage, illusion, legover, around the world) can all be done in 3-9 months of total playtime if you substitute it for stalls.
once you hit your first stall, or clipper stall, or 1 dex trick, youll start progressing leaps and bounds! |

putting it quite honestly i was a natural... at about a month i could hit 20 but then again i had nothing to do but hacky sack so doing that every waking hour of the day kind of helped.. just keep practicing learning your contacts get some tunes going and just have shred sessions by yourself or with a friend if you devote yourself your body will start to realize "hey.. this is how i do that..."
happy hacking:) |
