I think plastic pellets are better or normal filler because it gives the bag more bounce which I think is better for circles

Very true but the people i play with do alot of stalls and have alot of stall tricks !!!

Well..i guess steel shot is my favorite now...its like the perfect hybrid..AND it doesn't leak, although it hurts to play with bare feet
