hi everyone im new to footbag and ive been doing it for about 3 days. i really suck right now and my record of inside kicks is 10 haha
i can do a pretty good toe stall though. anyways my questions are...
1. Do you have any tips to keep the bag close to me and not getting out of control? This is my main problem right now is that ill kick it far away and not where i want it.
2. How do you clean the footbag without damaging it? mine is a suede jac sack filled with sand.
thanks for the help! |

1. Just keep practicing. For some people, a simple inside kick can be a bit hard because their legs and the muscles situated there are not used to the general movement. In some cases it can be painful to them. Try to do some stretches to help with this problem, and try to keep your kicking consistent. Keep your eyes on the bag.
2. For cleaning a footbag...
Washing Tutorial
Hope this helps. |

Make sure to attend the 5th Annual Seattle Juggling and Footbag Festival

Rain City Shred is the Seattle freestyle footbag club and they have a lot of really good players. When I was at US Open Justin Dale from Seattle gave me a bunch of tips on moves. He's a cool guy. They'll all be willing to give you some tips and help you get better. |

Shredders from all over the US will be there. I wish I could go but I can't. The sooner you can go to a big footbag event when you are a newbie, the better off you'll be. |
