what is the IFPA members' zone? and when will it be up and working?

I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about. Can you elaborate a little. There is the members zone over there -----> which is for anybody registered with footbag.org (not neccessarily IFPA members) however if you are an IFPA member it contains info for events you've organised, groups/committees you're in, video and photo galleries you've created, etc.

click the ifpa tab. then under membership.

Wow, that's probably been like that since this site was put together, and I have no idea what it's intended purpose was. Don't hold your breath, I'd guess that whatever functionality was intended for that link has since become redundant.
