Hey guys, I know this is only 1 add, but I can't seem to get around the world. It just doesn't click. Could someone explain to me how they do it. Do you stall it before you do around the world or do you just finish with a stall?

Thanks Wink

i stall before and after, and imo this is a trick that you will have to see a video to fully understand instead of a written instruction.

The set is probably more important the dex or the stall for this move. Work on setting the bag straight up to no more than knee height. It can be tempting to try to set it higher, but that will actually make the trick harder. LOW set. You should be circling the bag in the plane of the floor (not perpendicular) in the direction. This video is a good tutorial

Then once you master that you can move on to doubles... even triples

It is far easier to do an around the world when you start and end the move with stalls. Make sure you can do some consecutive toe stalls, then around the world will be much easier.

Adding to the good advice that's already been given here - go slow. This trick doesn't require the kind of speed you imagine.

There are three separate parts, don't jumble them together. set > dex > catch. Say them in your head as you switch from one task to the other. Hell, say them out loud.

Yep, that helped me the most with my atw,you have to imagine as three different parts rather then one big part. I used to get a jumbled between the parts but once you work through each on it becomes a lot easier to understand.

Can you do 10 consecutive atw's? If so maybe move onto double atw, if not perhaps keep practicing atw's.

A tip: for all atw type moves, make sure you have your toes pointed up the whole time, it makes the trick easier and cleaner. This is especially the case for double atw.

a dex is when you move your leg around the bag, wether it be in a arw or a mirage or something else.it could come from dexterity but im not sure.
