I got lots of problems by doing a drifter.
Pdx drifter seems to me much easier but I always end up in some kind of an osis - I jump in the wrong direction after the dexing.
I should hit a drifter up to now but something is wrong with the timing.
Help me please.
The position of the dexing leg should fit(in german called "siche"l babelfish did not translate that ). |

Ok I started for all of my moves which I cannot hit already, to take down some notes and carry the paper to my sessions so I cannot forget anything- here are my recordings for the drifter:
-Form a sickle
-set from clip
-set hight about belly button and chest
-jump to side and to to the front at 10 o'clock ( that means the way of your body if you would start in the middle of a clock)
-pull your knee as high as possible.
The problem is :
I get the dex in time - I jump over the bag so it is more an osis
I get the jump - my calf kick the bag away at dexing the bag
I thought to learn the things I will practice stepping clippers ( for the jump).
Any other learning by doing moves |

| I do drifters like a mirage higher up and quicker, then a slight hop to get in position for the clipper stall. |

yesterday I realized that drifters are easier if you do them like torque:
do a clipper set, plant, and as the bag rises, turn your upper body towards the bag and bend your dex knee to about 90 degrees. as the bag peaks, let your lower body complete the turn towards the bag that you started with your upper body. If you place it right, turning your hips will do the dex for you, right under your thigh, and the turn will end with the bag placed just right for a clipper.
then skool back to back. it's all about the hips. |
