Well a couple buddies and myself decided to pick up some footbags and give it a whirl. Surprisingly it has become an enjoyable experience in the past two weeks. Recently I bought a pair of quantum 03 and a dragonfly foot bag. I was wondering where I should look for tips or guides on tricks or things i could do to improve.

hello,
welcome to the footbag world. where to find moves? this site has some to get started. make sure that you learn the notations, this way you will be able to visualize the move in your head instead of watching a vid or looking for one. other sites are the new website shredglobal.com it is very helpful with vids. there is also youtube. just type in footbag or freestyle footbag, and they have learn hows and you can also watch pros and learn from them. there is one more site but i dont remember where it is. just type in freestyle footbag move list. and it will be there somewhere. its got like 500 moves or so.
For advice, there is a website modified.in. there is where you can talk to people around the world about what ever you want. you can buy,sell, have someone help you with your homework,ect. its all there.
