So, pretty much everyone who is anyone in the North Amrican net scene these days is attending The Belt April 10th-11th in Memphis. I am happy say that Montreal will FINALLY be well represented at this event, sending a total of 5 players (that I know of) spread over 4 teams. Besides that, much of Chaos will bein attendance, along with most of the Chicago Inner Rectangle, (too few of) the Santa Cruz Footbag Club, and at least one NPR member, Ken Shultz.
The Belt is turning into one of the premier net events in the US and I'm proud to say that this will be my 4th year in a row attending this event.
If you aren't coming, you better have a pretty good excuse. |

Dont worry Elliott, he also does that with all the girls he meets. He is Bond, do you expect him to remember minions names? |

as little as i've been playing a cannot deny my minion status, but i've never claimed top billing. minions play an important role in all bond movies. everybody remembers that guy with the metal teeth, or that other guy with the metal arm, or that guy with the razor sharp hat. maybe if i wear my grill jack will finally remember me.
speaking of tournaments, how much is the entry fee for the belt? |

The Chicago crew will be rolling in sometime Friday. My partner, Greg Grandy, will be flying in Saturday in time for comps. I would assume most everyone there will be playing with their respective partners on Friday but if anyone happens to be free for a pickup game or two, give me a holler. If ya don't know what I look like, I'm the guy with the hair and the shorts.
Thanks in advance. See y'all next weekend! |

LOL
I was liking our chances of finishing higher than our seed in doubles beer bracket but all the scratches messed that up. It worked out though cuz I got to play more pickup games which were tons of fun. Especially since that was the best I had played in months.
Thanks again, Memphis! |

| You guys should post the results in the "Results" section so Grischa doesn't have to report. |
