Hi All,

The Easter show is locked in for Sat 3rd April so please get your performer agreement forms back in asap!

Ian and Danieal have also organised a greatly improved venue for Sunday.

With Fri and Mon being public holidays we'll be organising stuff like footbag golf and the AGM on those days.

So post here when you intend to arrive and leave so we can start co-ordinating.

I intend to arrive either on the 1st or 2nd of April and leave by 4th or 5th depending how much Uni I want to miss.

performer agreement forms? Do I need one to compete?

You absolutely must fill out a form to attend the Show, competing or not. You will also need to be a member of the Australian Footbag Association, which costs $30 for 1 year. Renewals are happening very soon so you can join then.

In the mean time, post your email address and Ill email you a form to print, sign, scan back in to the computer and email me back.

For everyone, Ill post a more formal detailed topic in the coming weeks.
Until then, the dates are

FRIDAY 2nd APRIL to MONDAY 5th APRIL.

I will definitely be there, so can you please email me the required paper work. My plan at this point is to fly up and be there for all the days (because I don't want to miss the golf again). Last year was amazing and it looks like this year is shaping up to be even better Very Happy

i seriously recommend all to come for at least those 4 full days [fri-mon] ... flights are a bit cheaper around my dates, seeing it's easter weekend and all.

I just booked my flights. I am arriving at 9:15am on Friday the 2nd of April and I am leaving at 8:30pm on Monday the 5th. I am really looking forward to it, it's going to be a great event.

At a minimum, I'll be there Thursday night until Tuesday morning - hopefully a little longer, just depends on my uni schedule as to when I can get there.

We'll be staying at the Sydney Harbour YHA, where the Sunday events will be held. We get a 20% discount at the hostel, it will be a little more expensive than last year (we got a 25% discount last year, but this time we're staying on the weekend of Easter).

I'll confirm the final details shortly once I have everyones arrival and departure dates. I'll be there Thursday night til Monday.

Yeh sorry for the lack of details guys, apart from being run off my feet with work we have almost no communication from YHA so its been hard to confirm anything. Rest assured it is definitely happening on those dates and accommodation will be as Daniel said, YHA Sydney Harbour, the Day3 event site.

i will be there thurs night/friday morning till monday/tuesday depending on the flights. I will be booking them on tuesday this week so I am definitely coming then.

Flights booked. Not ideal but I went with the cheapest Razz

Arrive Thursday at 8:15am.

Leave Monday at 6:30pm

On Thursday night will I be able to book and stay at the hostel in whatever room I stay in for the whole trip, or will I have to find somewhere to stay for that night?

Please help.
