It's a great bag for kicking around a hack circle, and you can learn your basic stalls/delays well with this bag, but I wouldn't think it is the best footbag for freestyle. And this comment does not subjugate the performance level between an 8-panel and a 32-panel (or even a 4-panel for that matter).
What I do know is that there are a lot of unsatisfactory reviews about Dragonfly footbags. I have seen bags purchased/made from that website from other players, and I have a good idea on how these bags are sewn. Like Ben said above, it looks like your general pakistani-style handiwork for footbags. And, I believe they use a really large metal filler, which is not suitable for any type of freestyle performance with the exception of making the bag feel really heavy.
If you want to have a bag to hack around, then this bag will go well with that style of play. But for the sport of footbag, there are better bags out there, and the best bag to start out into the sport is the Mr. Sandbag, and when you get better (toe, inside, clipper stalls/delays on both, 20 tiltless, etc.) then you can get a player-stitched 32-panel.
