Are you referring to stalling in clipper or kicking with clipper?
I actually don't really do a clipper kick unless it's a flying clipper (clipper kick with a jump), so I can't give any tips for the clipper kick.
If you're trying to stall, how're you faring with other stuff, like toe, inside and outside stalls?
I think you should have fairly good inside stalls before you try to master the clipper or it'll be frustrating to learn.
I've been able to do the clipper stall for about 6 months now and I'm still practicing a lot to increase my persistence. So have patience, even when you do get it, you'll still have to work on it all the time, especially since you'll want to get it down good on both sides!
For freestyle tricks: Click "freestyle" on the right panel of this website. They're listed there according to their "add" count.
Look at the "fundamental moves" list for a recommended list of tricks to learn, sorted by difficulty.
The clipper kick is listed (with tips) under "1 add" tricks and the clipper stall is listed under 2 add tricks.
