HEy, im 15 and been hitting the sack around 3 years, and whenever im practicing by myself, i nail every trick that i attempt. But whenever i try to do it in front of people to show off, everything falls flat except for basics and they still do bad too. any good way to get this problem solved?

And also im playing with just a 5 buck croched(sp) bag that you can buy, with it being refilled to about 30% with 10%metal bbs 20%plastic bbs and 70% that stuff that comes with the bag. any better mixtures to try out, or just get a better bag?

I cant answer your first question, except to say that the bag your using might not be as effective for freestyle as a sandbag or dirtbag. As for the second question, i make up my routines as i play, and when i play in front of others, its usually with a group of supportive people that always cheers the other player on. But everyones different in their style of play, so just keep trying to hit those tricks, and try not to over think anything when playing in front of others.

I used to have this problem. It just takes time and dedication to get good enough to do the moves in your sleep. You gotta want it.

I actually think i play better when people are watching me...wierd ed..? but you should probably buy a new footbag. For your level i would suggest a Mr. Sandbag, then when you get better buy an Abshire.
