aw i like texas chili even more with steak.

I love it, ribeye especially. I get a 1-1.5 lb choice steak that suits my eye. Then heat a grill with HOT coals or a broiler and season with kosher slt and pepper. 3-5 minutes per side depending on heat and you have a tasty rare/med rare steak. For the potato, prick with a fork and cover with olive oil. Salt it up and toss directly on oven rack at 450 for 45 minutes or until it crushes when pinching it.
