Ok so i have been playin footbag on and off for like 2 1/2 years. I can do my inside stalls good, my toe stalls great, my outsides...meh never really so any. I can do my Right Cliper almost perfect, and i can do ATW good. I also can hit the Leg over, and Just about the Mirage. When i play a session it usually goes..Warm up for 5 minutes (stretch...basic kick) then for another 5-10 min i work on the fundementals( inside stalls, toe stalls, outside)..Then for the rest i shred. My question is when should i start to work on more advanced moves, like the Osis, and butterflys..ect.ect. I like to get stuff down good before i move on to the next step. Does anyone have any advice for my warms-ups like stretches and stuff? Also i have Lavers, and a Mr. SAndbag, and an Abshire Reg , (still not broken in)...Thank for the help

get everything on both sides. CANNOT stress that enough. Cpnstantly work on your form. Once you've got all your basics skooled, then you can move on to more advanced moves. Basics include:
ATW
Mirage
Legover (+ far legover)
Pickup (+ near and far)
PDX Mirage
Butterfly
Osis
From here, work on your VARIETY of tricks (ie: drifters, spinning tricks, ducking tricks all from both clipper and toe... etc) and all your uptime sets. Pixie, Attomic and Stepping are good ones to start out with. From THERE you can work on Fairy sets, Quantum sets and Surging and stuff like that...
Anyway, the point is: Do NOT simply chase after high adds when you're not ready. DO NOT! Variety, Form and consistency will always PWN.
and remember... "an ounce of style is worth of ton of adds"
...or sumthin like that. I forget who said that. It's pretty steller though
